Direct entry
Checking addresses
• To enter a destination that is not stored in a one-touch
key, touch the [Direct Entry] key, touch the [Fax] key,
and enter the fax number.
• To check the destinations that have been selected,
touch the [Address Review] key in the address
selection screen. The selected destinations are
displayed.
• To deselect a destination from the group, touch the
displayed destination.
A message will appear to confirm the deletion. Touch
the [Yes] key.
If "Disable Direct Entry" (page 188) has been enabled in the system settings for fax (administrator), it will not be possible to
directly enter a destination fax number.
