Manage notifications
From the Digital Wellbeing & parental controls screen, tap Manage
notifications to use the the toggle switch
to enable or disable
notifications for selected apps. Tap
to sort the app list by
MOST RECENT, MOST FREQUENT, ALL APPS, and TURNED OFF.
Do Not Disturb
From the Digital Wellbeing & parental controls screen, tap Do Not Disturb
to access full setting options for Do Not Disturb. For details, refer to Do Not
Disturb in Notifications under Settings.
Heads Up
From the Digital Wellbeing & parental controls screen, tap Heads Up to set
up this digital wellbeing feature. Then tap Next to set your preferences.
• Physical activity: this lets Heads Up know when you are walking.
• Location (optional): This lets Heads Up know when you are outdoors. If
you select this option, you will have to allow Digital Wellbeing to access
this device's location and then set the location permission.
