You will need to charge the fan before first use:
GETTING STARTED
1. Remove product from all packaging.
2. Insert the micro USB plug into the micro USB Input on product.
3. Insert the AC adaptor into a power source. Use only the Refresh 01X AC
Adaptor that was provided with your product.
