When a problem occurs

The battery LED does not light
up.
Has the battery level been left at 0% for an
extended period of time? Or, have you not
charged the battery after purchase?
Charge the battery. If the LED does not light up
after charging the battery, contact the place of
purchase.
The battery depletes quickly.
The battery may have reached the end of its
life.
Replace the battery with a new one.
There is a risk that the battery's temperature is
above its operating temperature range.
Use the battery within its operating
temperature range.
Cannot charge.
Is the power plug of the battery charger
securely connected?
Remove and reconnect the power plug of the
battery charger, and then charge again.
If it still does not charge, contact the place of
purchase.
Is the charging plug of the battery charger
securely inserted into the battery?
Remove and reconnect the charging plug of the
battery charger, and then charge again.
If it still does not charge, contact the place of
purchase.
Are the charging adapter and charging plug or
charging adapter and battery charging port
securely connected?
Securely connect the charging adapter and
charging plug or charging adapter and battery
charging port, and charge again.
If it still does not charge, contact the place of
purchase.
Are the connection terminals of the battery
charger, charging adapter, or battery dirty?
Clean the connection terminals with a clean rag
or cotton bud dampened with ethanol, etc. and
then charge again. If it still does not charge,
contact the place of purchase.
The battery does not charge
even when the battery charger
is connected.
The battery may have reached the end of its
life.
Replace the battery with a new one.
The battery and battery
charger become hot.
The temperature of the battery and battery
charger may exceed the operating temperature.
Stop charging, and wait a while before starting
to charge again. The surface temperature may
exceed 60°C due to the surrounding
environment, depending on the model. There is
a problem if the battery and battery charger
case deform or remain hot for a while after
charging. Contact the place of purchase.
The battery charger is hot.
The battery charger may become hotter than
normal when charging multiple batteries in
succession.
Wait a while between charges.
