Directory and network access list
With the
directory
you can store up to 200 tele-
phone numbers and then dial them at push of a button
(depending on the size of the entries).
If you wish to take advantage of offers from low-cost
telephone companies you can save their prefixes
(Call-by-Call) in the
network access list
.
The telephone directory and the network access list are
used in exactly the same way.
Storing an entry

Open the directory/network access list.

New Entry
Select the menu item and confirm.

Enter
the
telephone number
(max. 32 digits).
For information on entering letters and characters see
page 22.

Scroll to the name field and enter the
name
(In the case of directory: enter the anniversary, where
applicable, see page 27 ).

Open the menu.

Save Entry
Save the entry.
If your Gigaset is connected to a PABX and if a
prefix (“0” for example) has to be entered be-
fore the number for external calls in your PABX,
you must enter this prefix as the first digit of the
telephone directory entry (see page 77).
