SMS with ISDN PABXs
Example:
Your Gigaset is connected to an ISDN PABX. SMS messages can be

Comfort handsets.
SMS with DID-capable PABXs
SMS receipt:
If your Gigaset is connected to a PABX that supports direct inward di-
alling, it can only receive SMS messages if the CLIP number was for-
warded to the PABX extension. The CLIP evaluation of the SMS cen-
tre’s telephone number is performed in the Gigaset.
SMS transmission:
When sending SMS messages, the sender’s telephone number is
sometimes sent without the extension number. It is thus not possible
for your partner to answer.
