Configuration
Enter this menu to manage the network and system
data of the optiPoint 600 office as follows:
• Phone IP address page 27
• Network access page 29
• Layer 2/3 settings page 31
Phone IP address
Enter the Administration menu. Access page 17.
Select "Configuration".
Select "Network settings".
Select "Direct LAN access".
Select "Phone IP address".
DHCP IP assignment
Use this function to specify whether the terminal
IP address is assigned dynamically via DHCP or manu-
ally.
Click checkbox to untick/tick the option in order to deac-
tivate/activate the automatic assignment.
If the DHCP IP assign option is changed to Off, the ter-
minal IP address will be changed to 0.0.0.0. and the ter-
minal mask will be changed to 0.0.0.0. IP address and
mask will need to be entered page 28 and the phone
restarted. If the DHCP IP assign option changes to On
the terminal IP address and the terminal mask will be
both changed to 0.0.0.0 and the phone will require a re-
start.
