Setup Procedure with Valve Proving
1. The following procedure should be used when valve proving is being utilized.
2. Set the following parameters in the LME75 as described below:
Parameter 241 = 1
Parameter 259 = Greater than or equal to the running time of the Honeywell
Modutrol IV motor being used
Parameter 260 = Greater than or equal to the running time of the Honeywell
Modutrol IV motor being used
Parameter 515.01 = 1
Parameter 560 = 0
3. Wire the LME75.000A1 burner control, Honeywell Modutrol IV motor, and four relays as
shown in Figure A-2. See Section 4 for more details on how to wire in other devices to
the LME75.
