Programmable sensor keys
Your OpenStage 80 telephone features more than 9 (OpenStage 60: 8) lit
sensor keys that are programmable.
To open the programming menu, press and hold down the relevant sensor
key Æ page 53.
To activate the programmed function, briefly press the relevant key
Æ page 54.
You can label these keys with internal and external phone numbers or fre-
quently used functions (platform-dependent; please contact the responsi-
ble service personnel).
The configured phone number or function name is displayed next to the

Trunk keys (on multi-line phones only)
The programmable sensor keys on multi-line phones function as trunk
keys. Each key that is assigned the function "line" is handled as a line. This
means up to 9 line keys can be configured on OpenStage 80 and up to 8
on OpenStage 60.
A distinction is drawn here between primary, secondary and phantom
lines. Each of these line types can be used on a private or shared
basisÆ page 17.
Primary line
All multi-line telephones have a primary line. This line can be reached in the
usual manner via your public phone number. Incoming calls are signalled
on this line.
