Step by Step
During a call
Conference
Prerequisite: You are conducting a consultation call
Æ page 42 and the "Conference" function is allowed
Æ page 70.
Establishing a conference
Select and confirm the option shown in the connec-
tions’s context menu.
Conducting one-on-one calls
To switch to a one-on-one call, select and confirm the
connection you wish to clear down in the context menu.
A one-to-one call is then established with the remaining
call party.
Allowing call partners to continue a conference af-
ter you exit
Prerequisite: The "Join in conferences" function is acti-
vated Æ page 70.
Select and confirm the option shown in the "Confer-
ence" context menu. Both call partners remain connect-
ed. You are disconnected from the conference call.
Ending a conference call
Select and confirm any of the connections in the con-
text menu.
Both connections are cleared down.
When establishing a conference it is not impor-
tant which context menu is open. Both menus
(active and held calls) feature the "Conference"
function. This means users can establish confer-
ence calls from either menu.
