The "Personal" tab contains your local phonebook. You can store up to 1000

Contact details
The type of data displayed for a call in the telephony interface Æ page 25
is dependent on the information you have stored for the contact in your lo-
cal phonebook.
A contact is composed of the entry in the "First name" field and a phone
number Æ page 80.
In addition, you can store non-telephony-specific data for each entry. For
example:
• Surname
•Company
• Two e-mail addresses
• Two additional addresses
• Profession
You can store several phone numbers for each contact. In this case, how-
ever, you should define a preferred number Æ page 81.
Classify your contacts into groups Æ page 82.
Store a picture of the contact Æ page 84.
Managing contacts
The following functions are available via the "List options" context menu:
• Create new contact Æ page 80
• Initiate advanced search Æ page 85
• Manage contact groups Æ page 82
• Define display format of contacts Æ page 86
