Step by Step
Two-way Intercom to a saved member number
Prerequisite: The code for Two-way Intercom and the
member number are programmed on a sensor key.
S Press the programmed sensor key. A connection to the
team member is established immediately and your
speakerphone function will be switched on.
Z As soon as the connection has been established, you
will hear a confirmation tone and can reach the destina-
tion caller via this caller's speakerphone function.
Announcing the local phone number
You can use this function in order, for example, to iden-
tify the phone number of a phone in a conference room
if it is not indicated on the display.
^ Lift the handset.
j Enter the code for "Announcing the local phone num-
ber" (see code table page 206). The phone number is
announced.
] Then hang up.
