Flexible connection
The flexible connection for the system cabling comprises a front connector module ① for
connection to the SIMATIC S7-1500 or ET200MP digital I/O modules. The front connector is
already wired with 20 or 40 single wires
② which connect the SIMATIC S7-1500 or
ET200MP digital I/O modules directly to the sensors and actuators in the control cabinet.

The single wires (cross-section: 0.5 mm²) are available in different lengths and in the
following designs:
● H05V-K cable (PVC insulation)
● H05Z-K (halogen-free insulation)
● UL/CSA approval
