Function Description Type
Status Indicates the status of the job. The display is automatically
selected by the system, depending on the
acknowledgment made by the user.
Only one state can apply at any one time.
The job is open.
The job is closed and OK.
The job is closed and not OK.
The job is open and has not yet been started. This is only
possible with the interval counter and with time-controlled
jobs.
A white icon indicates a job that is not yet due.
A yellow icon indicates the advance notice of a due date.
A red icon shows that the end date is exceeded that was set by
the user for completing the job.
DISPLAY
Status [number
d]
Shows the number of days until the execution time in the
"Date" column.
DISPLAY
Schedule Time of execution of the maintenance job that is
calculated by the system on the basis of the user-
configured specifications.
As an option, this column can be sorted according to time,
in ascending or descending order.
DISPLAY
Responsible
organization
Indicates the organization configured in the maintenance
schedule as taking responsibility
DISPLAY
Jobs can be deleted, as long as they have not yet been
opened or acknowledged.
