Corrective measures for system errors:
1) Restart the device (INIT). Replace the device if the error reoccurs.
2) Check the wiring and correct if necessary. Specifically check the
parameterization of the sensor supply (external/internal). A more precise
statement on the source of the error can only be made after evaluation of the
error entries in the diagnosis buffer.
