Time and date settings (including Daylight savings time)
If the CU to which the IOP is fitted has a real
-time clock,
then the option to set the correct date and t
ime (including
daylight savings time is presented in the "Panel settings"
menu.
The Time and date settings allow you to setup up the follo
w-
- This allows the date format to be select
either DD/MM/YY or MM/DD/YY.
- This allows the user to set the
required date and time of the internal real-time clock of
the Control Unit.
- This allows the user to setup the
daylight saving time difference on the Control Unit
(CU230P-2) real-time clock. The daylight saving time is
set to take into account not only the time difference but
also the date and time of the change to and from daylight
saving time. The setup of the DST function is shown in
the following diagram.
