Tasks
C ¢Q¢Tasks
A task is displayed like an appoint-
ment in the agenda for the selected
day. However, unlike an appoint-
ment it does not require a time.
When no time is entered the task ap-
pears at the top of the list every day
until it is marked as completed.
The entries are made in the same
way as Appointments (see "Appoint-
ments"). Then:
Status:
Select Done or Outstanding.
Priority:
Select 5 levels from
Lowest to Highest.
Date used:
If activated with Yes, the following
time input option is offered.
Date due:/Due time:
Enter the date and time by which the
task is to be completed.
Alarm:
As for Appointments.
Save Save task.
Notes
C ¢Q¢Notes
Write and manage brief text notes.
Protect confidential information
with the phone code (do not save
any important data or the PIN for
credit cards etc. here).
Entering a new note
<New entry>
Write a normal note.
<Confidential>
Write a protected note
(phone code).

Enter text. The first line is
displayed later as a "title"
in the notes list.
