8. Press Reset on the front panel of the VCR to reset the counter.
9. Insert a blank, professional grade S-VHS video cassette into the VCR.
NOTE
Use only S-VHS video cassettes. Using other types of video cas-
settes will degrade the image quality, and a proper evaluation of
the image quality will not be possible.
10. Record images.
- On the system control panel, press 2D, and then rotate the 2D knob to adjust the im-
age.
- On the VCR, simultaneously press REC and PLAY.The VCR starts recording. Con-
tinue recording for approximately ten seconds.
- On the VCR, press Stop. The VCR stops recording.
- On the system control panel, press 2D. The system returns to 2D mode.
11. To verify the recorded images play back as they were displayed during imaging. Select
the Video I/O key.
-Press REW to rewind the tape.
-Press PLAY to play back the recorded images.
12. Press REW to rewind the tape and press Eject to remove the tape from the VCR.
13. Select the OK button on the dialog box and press Set.
14. Press Standby to power down the system.
