8.5.5 Start condition
Enable the modulating output via a digital signal.
The output signal is issued by considering any limitations.
0 V is issued at the output, or 10 V for inversion, if the start signal is withdrawn.
Maximum selection.
The output is always enabled if there is no start condition.
