With G63, the coupling of the Y-axis is decelerated until the actual value of the X-axis has
reached the programmed position value (in the example: 100.000). That means that the
amounts of speed, deceleration or time override have not influence on the coupling, so
that coupling can only be delayed by the WF cycle time (2 ms).
The function G63 is derived from G64, i.e. if path-dependent chaining is
not possible, G63 will have the same effect as G64.
