9.1 Slope of Specified Curves, Linear Curves
The slope of a specified acceleration curve is defined as the time required to
accelerate the rotor to 1000 rpm.
With linear and quadratic slopes, curves are numbered in the direction of
increasing acceleration (from right to left).
The deceleration curves are inverted images of the acceleration curves with
the same numbers (exception: curve 0).
Curve 0 decelerates brakeless.
Comment: The acceleration time depends on the moment of inertia of the rotor.
