CINEMAGRAPH
You can create a GIF animation in which only a part of a file is moving, from
a movie file.

Selecting Still Image Frame

Select [ PL AY ] → [Cinemagraph] → [New].

Select a movie you want to create as a cinemagraph, and press the
button.
Message

to the cinemagraph edit screen.

Specify the starting frame. (Use the

Follow the movie playback procedure to
temporarily stop the movie in the target
frame, and press the

Specify the ending frame. (Use the
button to select , and press
the
button. In the same way, temporarily stop the movie to end in the
target frame, and press the
button.)
The movie cut-out period is five seconds or less. If you set the ending
frame to a frame that is placed five seconds after the starting frame, the
starting frame is automatically shifted and adjusted so that the
five-second period is ensured.
