Date/Time: Select this option to set the current date and time. The date format is
YYYY/MM/DD and the time format is HH : MM : SS.
AA Battery: Displays the current AA Alkaline battery capacity
Time Format: Choose how the time will display on the viewing screen and also on
the photos and video (should you choose to select to activate time/date stamping
setting). Select from 24 hours (24H) or 12 hours (12H) format.
Date Stamp: Select ‘On’ to print the date on every single photo or video taken. The
date is also displayed on the top right of the viewing screen when in Replay (playback)
mode.
Beep Sound: Select ‘Off’ to turn off the beeps and sounds that the Wildlife Camera
makes while buttons are pressed. However, this has no bearing on video recordings
which will still have sound when they are played back.
Camera Name: Select this option to change camera name from default EA2476.
Password Set: To protect your Wildlife Camera against unauthorised access you can
set an access password. To do this simply select ‘On’ and you will be prompted to
enter a four digit pin code or a four letter password. This password must be entered
each time the Wildlife Camera is switched on in the SETUP (test) mode before the
camera can be used.
If the wrong password is entered, ‘Password Error’ will display on the viewing screen.
NOTE: If you forget your pin code or password, you can unlock the camera by
entering the password ‘OPEN’.
Auto Power Off: Select this option to determine whether the Wildlife Camera should
switch off automatically when not used for a period of time, in the SETUP (test) mode.
Choose from ‘3 Minutes’, ‘5 Minutes’, ‘10 Minutes’ or deactivate the automatic power
off by selecting ‘Off’.
Backlight: When the camera is in SETUP mode this function turns the viewing screen
off when no activity has been detected during the time selected (1 Minute, 3 Minutes
or 5 Minutes). To deactivate this function select ‘Off’ and the viewing screen will
remain on until the camera is switched to ‘OFF’ or ‘ON’.
Version: Displays the most current Software version.
Mcu FW Update: Select this option when there is a firmware update issued.
