Before treatment make sure that:
All jewelry must be removed.
Place the contact electrode covered with wet gauze, under the shoulder, when working around face area or
upper body or under the thighs when working on lower body.
(-) ANAPHORESIS
Anaphoresis will be applied BEFORE depilation treatment to open hair follicles. NEVER use Ana” after depilation
treatment.
Apply some water with a cotton wool pad.
Use the roller electrode over the treated area for 3 minutes. (Never use metallic roller on bare skin).
Rinse the skin.
To prevent electrode deterioration, use bactericidal wipes to disinfect roller.
CAUTION:
NEVER use the roller directly on the skin (without gel).
For roller maintenance clean all gel residues on the roller after each use.
Use bactericidal wipes to disinfect the roller.
Treatment should be comfortable and soothing pre electrolysis.
Client should only feel slight tingling.
Lower intensity if client is uncomfortable.
A tingling may also be felt under the contact electrode (make sure the electrode is covered with wet gauze).
Recommended intensity settings for Ana“(Before electrolysis):
• For Face: 0.30 mA to 0,80 mA
• For Body: 1.00 mA to 1,50mA
(+) CATAPHORESIS
Cataphoresis will be applied AFTER each depilation treatment to sooth the skin and to help skin penetration of the
actives positively charged.
Treatment procedure for Cataphorese:
Apply a layer of Sensiblis Gel (post-depilation soothing gel).
Use the roller electrode over the treated area for at least 3 minutes. (Never use metallic roller on bare skin).
Remove gel and rinse the skin.
To prevent electrode deterioration, remove gel residue from roller electrode.
Use bactericidal wipes to disinfect roller.
