14. After sales service
The device EVOLUTION ST350 is guaranteed 2 years excluding accessories.
• We advise you to always have a filament holder in advance, this element being major for your practice.
• Follow the troubleshooting guide if a problem should occur.
• If the problem persists, contact your local Silhouet-Tone service representative.
• When contacting service, mention the serial number of your device on the back of the device,
the date of purchase and the name of the distributor that sold the device to you.
• We recommend that you keep the complete basic packaging of your device in case of return of
the device (boxes and shims)
