11. Warranty
The EVOLUTION ST350 unit is warranted to be free from any manufacturing or assembly defects for two (2)
years from the date of purchase, for parts and labor only.
Accessories such as the probe holder, cables and contact electrode are not covered by this warranty. They are
warranted 6 months.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, or incorrect use, or a party other than SILHOUET-TONE
attempting to repair this unit.
IMPORTANT: Please refer to Silhouet-Tone’s Warranty Politics.
12. Maintenance
General maintenance
• In order to protect the device body, cables and accessories EVOLUTION ST350, it is recommended to clean them
after each treatment with a pre-soaked surface disinfectant wipe.
• Note that accessories are not sterilizable.
• Do not use solvents or alcohol to clean them.
• For the screen, pass a very soft microfiber wipe without roughness.
• Keep the device away from any direct light source (natural or artificial light).
• CAUTION : Needles must be changed between each client/patient, each hair gauge and
each area for maximum hygiene and safety.
• The appliance must be switched off and disconnected at the end of each day.
