Change Receiver PIN
In the sub-menu “Change Receiver PIN“ you can change the
password. You can change the PIN code set by the company and
enter any other four-digit number as a personal PIN code.
With the
PIN code the settings of the receiver can be blocked. If you have
activated the function “Parental control“, settings in the menus can
only be done after having entered the PIN code.
Please memorize the new PIN code since only this new
PIN code will be applicable to all code requests after
carrying out the modification.
If you have forgotten your personal PIN code, please
contact the manufacturer or restore the company settings.
By doing this, your personal settings will be deleted.
The PIN code (password) “0000“ has been pre-programmed by the
company.
Select the sub-menu “Change Receiver PIN“.
Enter the old PIN code by using the numerical keys.
For each figure entered, an entry field in the entry window will be
marked with a “#”.
Enter your personal PIN code in the input field “Enter new PIN“.
To confirm the new PIN code, enter your new PIN code again in
the input field ”Confirm new PIN“.
The new password is accepted. The display returns automatically to
the menu item “Change PIN”.
Caution!
Please make a note of your new PIN code. After changing only
this one will be valid.
