recording.
TurningofftheEK80system
YoumustneverturnofftheEK80bymeansoftheon/offswitchontheProcessorUnit.Y ou
mustalwaysclosetheEK80programbyselectingExitonthetopbar.
Procedure
1SelectExitonthetopbar.
2IftheProcessorUnitdoesnotturnitselfoffautomatically,usethe
functionalityprovidedbytheoperatingsystemtoturnitoffmanually.
3Turnoffeachtransceiver.
TheWideBandTransceiver(WBT)isnotttedwithanon/offswitch.Youcanleave
theunitpermanentlyturnedon.IfyouarenotusingtheEK80foralongperiodoftime,
turnoffordisconnectthepowersupply.
