Red main switch ON 52 V DC in
protection or
missing
• Switch OFF the R5000 PSU, wait 30 seconds, and switch
ON the R5000 PSU. If the 52 V DC LED remains OFF:
• Check the VAC input voltage value (100 V AC to 250 V AC
are acceptable).
• Switch OFF the R5000 PSU, and disconnect the wires
from the 52 V terminal block.
• If the 52 V DC LED remains ON, check the transceiver
module power cable.
• If the 52 V DC LED remains OFF, replace the R5000 PSU.

Fault 3
Red main switch ON 24 V DC (1) in
protection or
missing
• Switch OFF the R5000 PSU and disconnect the accessory
wiring from the 24 V DC (1) terminal block. Turn ON the
R5000 PSU. If the 24 V DC (1) LED remains ON:
• Check the accessory and the accessory power cable.
• If the 24 V DC (1) LED remains OFF, replace the R5000
PSU.

• Switch OFF the R5000 PSU and disconnect the accessory
wiring from the 24 V (2) terminal block. Turn ON the R5000
PSU. If the 24 V DC (2) LED remains ON:
• Check the accessory and the accessory power cable.
• If the 24 V DC (2) LED remains OFF, replace the R5000
PSU.
