1. Ensure the 3–phase wiring of UVW free of
open circuit;
2. Use a multimeter to check the UVW power
module works properly;
3. If the steps above fail, replace the motor.

phase for unlinked cable.

1. Use a handhold to monitor the KSI, ensure
the difference between the capacitor
voltage (monitor/outputs menu capacitor
Voltage) and the keyswitch voltage is less
than the threshold(programme/main
contactor/main DNC).
2. Check whether the KSI circuit is
connected to a large-power unit which
leads to the reduced KSI voltage;
3. Use interchange method to determine
whether the contactor is damaged.

output voltage at slider
end of accelerator.
Measure the output voltage at the slider end
of accelerator to check if it is too high, replace
the accelerator if necessary.
Note：The pins #16 of the 35–pin controller
connector is for accelerator slider end input.
