REPAIR PROCEDURES
• Before checking the fault, the operator must wear
safety equipment, including insulating gloves, face
shields and other necessary safety supplies and
special tools such as multimeters, communication
tools (485 communication box or CAN) and
computers, etc.
• Inspect the battery system cabinet for problems
such as deformation of the cabinet, damage of the
positive and negative terminals, loose connection of
the communication navigation plug, etc.
• Check if the harness on the communication
navigation plug is misaligned.
• When the system is powered, the battery
information is read through 485 communication or
CAN communication.
• Check and confirm the fault description and analyze
the cause.
CAUTIONS
• In the driving process (traveling or lifting), if there is
no emergency, do not arbitrarily disconnect the key
to forcibly cut off the battery system main relay.
• When the display shows that the battery voltage is
too low, charge the battery as soon as possible to
prevent the battery from being over-discharged.
• After using the battery for a long period of time,
charge the battery as soon as possible before
leaving it for a long period of time to prevent the
battery from over-discharging due to
selfconsumption of the battery system.
• If there is heat, deformation, liquid leakage, odor or
smoke while using the battery, immediately stop
using the battery and place the battery in an open
place away from anyone.
• The battery is only suitable for this particular
product. Never use the battery with other
equipment.
• Do not use a wire to directly short-circuit the battery
output.
• Do not immerse the battery in water, acid, alkaline
or a salt solution and avoid rain.
• Do not use or store the battery in environments
such as corrosive, explosive and high-temperature
areas. Keep the battery out of areas with high heat
and exposure to fire or sun.
• Use a special charger when charging, and avoid
charging under direct sunlight. Do not charge the
battery repeatedly after the battery is full. Keep
children away from the charging charger.
• The battery system is not suitable for extended use.
It should be placed in a suitable environment (-
temperature below 40°C, humidity less than 90%),
and charged once with a dedicated charger for at
least three months.
• Discarded batteries may cause danger to people
and the environment. Be sure to properly discard
them according to the rules of your workplace and
your local laws.
• Do not apply external force to the battery or drop it
from a high altitude.
• The lithium battery has an automatic protection
function: if the cell voltage is higher than 3.4V, the
battery system activates for a long period of time
without an output current (≤5A) for 36H, or the cell
voltage is lower than 3.4V, the battery is used for a
long time. When the system is active and no current
is output (≤5A) for 8H, the system will automatically
cut off the contactor protection. If so, re-key the
battery to activate it.
