a) The function speed depends on the start and end
point of the movement rather than the controls/
switches.
b) The test results of drive speed vary with tires of
different specifications.
c) All the speed tests should be conducted from the
platform controller, The test results will differ if tested
from the ground controller.
d) All the tests should be conducted with the
hydraulic oil temperature higher than 40℃. If the
hydraulic oil temerature is too low, the test results will
be affected.
Test requirements:
Main boom up/down：With the secondary boom fully
lowered and telescopic boom fully retracted, make the
up and dowm movement of the main boom twice,
respectively.
Secondary boom up/down：Make the up and down
movement of the Secondary boom twice, respectively.
Turntable rotate：With the boom centered, rotate a
turn of the turntable. Test twice.
Main boom extend/retract：With the main horizontal,
extend the main boom from the fully retracted to fully
extended position and retract the main boom from the
fully extended to fully retracted position twice,
respectively.
Platform rotate：With the platform horizontal, rotate
the platform clockwise and anticlockwise twice,
respectively.
