Problem: Upon system startup, a message says my license has expired!
Solution: If you have been issued an Emergency License Activator code follow the instructions in the
PDF to get a temporary 10-day license.
If you have not been issued an Emergency License Activator code send the license Site Code
to
support@sizestream.com
as soon as possible.
If you do not see the Site Code in the License Expiration dialog, go to the License menu at
the top of the dialog and select “Show Site Code”
Send the Site Code to
support@sizestream.com to get your license restored.
Some common things that can cause the licensing to fail:
1. Changing the system time.
2. Copying, renaming, or moving the folder where the licensed executable is located.
3. Installing the software on an OS account that doesn’t have Admin rights.
4. Running the software as a different user than the one who installed it.
5. Accessing the software over VPN.
