Warning
 Fill level in lubricant reservoir
falls to warning sensor
 Break in sensor cable
 Lubricant too soft
• Immediately refill with lubricant (see Chapter 4.4, page 22),
change pump element if necessary.
• Replace cable
• Replace lubricant
Fill level fault Malfunction
 Fill level in lubricant reservoir reaches
"min" mark
 Break in sensor cable
• Immediately refill with lubricant (see Chapter 4.4, page 22)
• Replace the cable.
Cycle fault Malfunction
 Lubrication line defective
 Progressive feeder blocked or
defective
 Piston detector defective
 Insufficient lubricant
 Break in sensor cable
• Replace the defective line.
• Clean the feeder or replace it.
• Replace the piston detector.
• Immediately refill with lubricant (see Chapter 4.4, page 22),
change pump element if necessary.
• Replace the cable.
Pressure
build-up fault
Malfunction
 Lubrication line defective
 Pressure switch defective
 Pressure relief valve blocked
or defective
 Insufficient lubricant
 Break in sensor cable
 Lubricant too stiff
 Main line cross-section too small
• Replace the defective line.
• Replace the pressure switch.
• Clean the valve or replace it.
• Immediately refill with lubricant (see Chapter 4.4, page 22),
change pump element if necessary.
• Replace the cable.
• Replace lubricant
• Increase main line cross-section.
Pressure
reduction fault
Malfunction
 Pressure relief valve blocked or
defective
 Pressure switch defective
 Break in sensor cable
 Lubricant too consistent
• Clean the valve or replace it.
• Replace the pressure switch.
• Replace the cable.
• Fill lubricant at suitable flow pressure, clean system.
