Troubleshooting Information - Hydraulic System
3. Gearbox Relief Valve (R2) set to low.
-Setting should be 500 psi.
4. Gearbox Shift Cylinder leaking internally.
-Check cylinder. Repair or replace if defective.
4.2-12. Outrigger Inoperative
1. Outrigger Holding Valve (2H-17A) not shifting.
-Check valve and reinstall. Replace if defective.
2. Outrigger Valve (4H-71, 4H-72, 4H-73, 4H-74, 4H-75, 4H-76, 4H-77 or 4H-78) not shifting.
-Depress manual override on each valve. If outriggers extend and retract, clean valves and reassemble.
Replace if defective.
3. Outrigger Check Valve (CV-7, CV-8, CV-9 or CV-10) not shifting.
-Check valve and reinstall. Replace if defective.
4. Gearbox Valve (2H-44) stuck open.
-Check valve and reinstall. Replace if defective.
