Issue Solutions
YouTube video doesn’t play after an ad
when using AirPlay.
Live videos time out after 10 seconds and are not available for playback when screen
sharing.
If the video has ads, tap or click Skip Ad or Next from your device to start playback
(the display does not have this option).
I can’t control the audio from the display
on YouTube when using AirPlay.
Due to system limitations, YouTube does not allow for audio control at the display
when connect with AirPlay.Use the AirPlay media control instead.
For the best user experience, connect to the display with the Bytello Share app.
Browser doesn’t play sound when
casting from MacOS via Webcast.
Check that your browser has permission to access audio.

Chromebook doesn’t play sound during
sharing.
Due to system limitations, Chromebook cannot play the sound from the display
during screen sharing. The sound comes from the device.
For the best user experience, connect to the display with the Bytello Share app.
The display’s screen share code doesn’t
appear in the list of available devices.
Make sure the network is configured properly.

Make sure that your sharing device is on the same network subnet as the

If you’re using the Bytello Share app, use the alphanumeric code shown on the
display.

If you’re using Apple AirPlay or Google Chromecast, look for the
ScreenShare#### name you can see on the display when you expand the
screen share window.

Make sure your computer or device is on the same subnet as the display.
Contact your network administrator.
