Use the stud finder to locate the studs. Mark where each row of slots intersects the studs.
Mark locations on at least two studs.

Use the electric screwdriver to insert a #8 x 2½" wood screw and a washer at each
marked stud location. When you're finished, you should have
at least
four wood screws
holding this bracket to the wall.

Use the hand screwdriver to tighten all bolts and keyhole screws.
To mount the console bracket on a wall with metal studs:

Use the Phillips hand screwdriver to insert drywall anchors at the marked keyhole
locations.

Use the Phillips hand screwdriver to partially thread a #8 x 1¼" truss head screw into each
anchor console bracket, leaving ¼"
(6 mm)
of the screw exposed.

Hang the console bracket on these two screws, pushing the keyholes firmly down over the
protruding screws. Use the bubble level to confirm that the console bracket is level. This is
important because the mounting locations for the boom brackets are established from the
console bracket.
IMPORTANT:
Don't use a
hammer to
insert the
drywall
anchors.
