Time Commands
Syntax
#time –o set –p date –d <date>
#time –o set –p time –d <time>
#time –o get –p date
#time –o get –p time
Parameters
<date> A date in the format yyyy/mm/dd.
<time> A time in the format hh:mm:ss.
Description
Set or get the instrument’s date and time. Once set, the date and time are
maintained even when the instrument is powered off.
Examples
Sets the date/time to February 1

, 2011, at noon:
#time –o set –p date –d 2011/02/01

Retrieves the instrument’s date and time:
#time –o get –p date
2011/02/01>
