Replace if evidence of deterioration is noted.

is designed specifically for use only with Smith &
Nephew arthroscopic radiofrequency probes. Do not
use other devices with the generator control unit.
Note: Smith & Nephew VULCAN Extension
Cables may only be reused in accordance with
the instructions in the “Cleaning and Sterilization”
section.

IMPORTANT: Accessories connected to the
generator control unit must be capable of
withstanding the highest RF peak voltage output.
Refer to “Output Charts” section for suitable ratings
prior to connection and/or RF application.
