Ensure that the DC and AC voltages are within the permissible range of the invert-
er.

ACgridconnection:UsemultimetertoconrmthatthreelinesandPElineare
connect correctly.

DCPVconnection:Usemultimetertoconrmthatpositivepoleandnegativepole
of PV strings, and the Voc of each string is lower than the inverter max DC input.
7.1 7.1 Starting the inverterStarting the inverter
1. 1. Switch on the DC switch.
2. 2. Switch on the AC circuit breaker.
WhentheDCoutputgeneratedbythesolarsystemisatasucientlevel,the
inverter starts automatically. A correct operation is indicated by the screen dis-
playing NormalNormal.
If the inverter displays an error message, consult chapter Troubleshooting on
page 55for help.
7.2 7.2 Initial SetupInitial Setup
Whentheinverterisstartedforthersttimeorafterareset,thefollowingsettingsmust
be made:

3. 3. Select Country
4. 4. Select Grid Code
• Dierentdistributionnetworkoperatorsinvariouscountrieshavedieringrequire-
ments for the grid connection of grid-coupled PV inverters.
• Ensure that you have selected the correct country code according to regional au-
thorityrequirements,andconsultaqualiedelectricianoremployeesofelectrical
safety authorities.
