  If the Sofar Inverter's grid voltage or frequency is frequently abnormal, verify that the grid voltage and frequency are within the acceptable range. If not, contact technical support. If they are within range, inspect the AC circuit breaker and AC wiring. If the grid voltage/frequency is within the acceptable range and AC wiring is correct, but the alarm persists, contact technical support to adjust the grid over-voltage, under-voltage, over-frequency, and under-frequency protection points after getting approval from the local electrical grid operator. However, if the alarm occurs occasionally, it might be due to occasional abnormalities in the electric grid. The inverter should automatically return to normal when the grid stabilizes.

  If the GFCIFault occurs occasionally on your Sofar Inverter, it may be due to temporary external circuit issues. The inverter should automatically return to normal once the fault is resolved. However, if the fault occurs frequently and persists, check the insulation resistance between the PV array and earth (ground) to ensure it is not too low. Also, inspect the insulation conditions of the PV cable.

If this is the case, adjust the number of series-connected PV modules to decrease the voltage of the PV string to fit within the inverter's input voltage range. The inverter should automatically return to normal operation after these adjustments.

If this is the case, adjust the number of series-connected PV modules to increase the voltage of the PV string to fit the inverter's input voltage range. The inverter should automatically return to normal operation after these adjustments.
