V TIPS FOR A PERFECT ESPRESSO
The taste of an espresso is inuenced by the following factors:
• Coee type
• Grind size
• Amount of ground coee
• Tamping pressure
• Brewing time
• Brewing pressure

The manometer must always indicate 6 – 13 bar during the extraction. When the
pressure is too low during the process, try making a stronger espresso and vice versa.
