The appliance
does not dispense
any coee.
The water level in the water
tank is too low.
Rell the water tank to the MAX
indicator.
Install the water tank correctly.
The water lter cartridge is
clogged.
Replace the water lter
cartridge (see section Replacing
the water lter cartridge).
The steaming function button
blinks or continuously lights up
white. The steaming function is
activated.
Press one of the cup extraction
buttons.
The steaming knob is not in
the OFF position.
Rotate the steaming knob
clockwise.
Coee powder is too ne. Increase the grind size.
The coee is cold. The cups are not preheated. Preheat the cups on the cup
tray or with the steaming
wand.
The appliance is not preheated. Press one of the cup extraction
buttons to preheat the
appliance with water.
Brewing temperature is too
low.
Change the brewing
temperature.
