Problem Possible cause Solution
The coee has a
sour taste.
The coee is expired. Use fresh coee beans and
store the closed packaging in a
cool and dark place.
The appliance
does not dispense
steam.
The coee extraction buttons
constantly light up white.
The steaming function is not
activated yet.
The steaming function button
blinks. The steaming function is
not ready yet.
The steaming function button
blinks. The steaming function is
not ready yet.
Wait until the steaming
function button constantly
lights up white.
The steaming function is used
for more than 2 minutes.
Switch o the steaming
function for at least 1 minute.
The water level in the water
tank is too low.
Rell the water tank to the MAX
indicator.
Install the water tank correctly.
The steaming wand nozzle is
clogged.
Clean the steaming wand
nozzle (section Monthly
maintenance).
The appliance is damaged Contact Solis or a Solis
authorized service center.
The water lter cartridge is
clogged.
Replace the water lter
cartridge (see section Replacing
the water lter cartridge).
