Problem Possible cause Solution
The appliance
does not dispense
hot water.
The steaming function button
blinks or continuously lights up
white. The steaming function is
activated.
Press one of the cup extraction
buttons.
The cup extraction buttons
blink. The hot water function is
not ready yet.
Wait until the cup extraction
buttons constantly light up
white.
The water level in the water
tank is too low.
Rell the water tank to the MAX
indicator.
Install the water tank correctly.
The steaming wand nozzle is
clogged.
Clean the steaming wand
nozzle (section Monthly
maintenance).
The appliance is damaged Contact Solis or a Solis
authorized service center.
The water lter cartridge is
clogged.
Replace the water lter
cartridge (see section Replacing
the water lter cartridge).
The steaming
wand fails to
steam the milk.
The used milk jug is too big or
has an unsuitable shape.
Use another milk jug.
The milk used has less than
3.3% milk protein.
Use milk with more than 3.3%
milk protein.
