(2) Set (or confirm) data: 01 to page: 0, address: 01.
(Cancel F page protect)
(3) On page: F, address: 6C, change data with the PLAY and
STOP buttons and press the PAUSE button to write data so
that the I level of waveform on the oscilloscope satisfies
the specification value.
