PLC restart mode
0: Restart from the first step, namely if the VFD stops
during running (caused by stop command, fault or power
down), it will run from the first step after restart.
1: Continue running from the step frequency when
interruption occurred, namely if the VFD stops during
running (caused by stop command or fault), it will record
the running time of current step, and enters this step
automatically after restart, then continue running at the
frequency defined by this step in the remaining time.
