About This Guide
This guide describes site preparation for the installation of the Spectra
®
T200, T380, and T680 libraries (referred to as the library, except where
noted). It includes precautions for safety and handling, as well as facility
requirements for the library’s environment, cabling, and placement. This
guide also provides the library specifications and a checklist that you can
use to help ensure that your site is prepared before your library arrives.
Most of the figures in this document show the Spectra T380 library. The
relative locations of the components and the procedures are the same for
the other libraries unless otherwise indicated. The differences are indicated
by library type; for example:
Spectra T200 or T380—items indicated with this text refer to either of
these libraries.
Spectra T680—items indicated with this text refer to only this library.
