The terms “consequential damages” refer to the cost of repairing or replacing other property
which is damaged when this machine does not work property. Any loss of income is excluded.
The remedies provided under this warranty are excluded and in lieu of all others. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from Province to
Province.
IMPORTANT: This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been
