12. Guarantee
Your SPRADA Future OTC is a precision device manufactured to the highest
European standards and is guaranteed against manufacturing defect for a
period of one year from the date of purchase or until it has made 7500 cups
(whichever comes rst). The machine is not guaranteed against damage
caused by normal wear and tear, neglect or misuse arising from operation
not in accordance with that described in the manual or lack of routine
cleaning as specied and furthermore it is not guaranteed against damage
caused by power uctuations or surges or lightning strikes.
To ensure that your guarantee is valid, please retain your proof of
purchase.
In addition you can submit your details via the easy to use Electronic
Guarantee Option on the website (www.sprada.ch) with the date of
purchase and attach a copy of the original invoice from your retailer.
Should you wish to claim under this guarantee, please return the SPRADA
Future OTC in its original packaging together with a detailed description of
the fault to one of our service centres that can be found on www.sprada.ch.
A downloadable repair form is available from the website to facilitate this
process. Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the machine and deliver
a full report on the probable cause of the defect. Should this be attributed
to a manufacturing fault, the machine will be repaired at no charge. Should
the fault have been caused by one of the above circumstances not covered
by the guarantee a quotation will be submitted for the repair. Courier fees
will be for the account of the purchaser.
